I am formally trained in a variety of treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Mindfulness; however, therapy is not a "one size fits all" experience. Through a collaborative process, we will identify your specific needs and interests and tailor your treatment accordingly.
